The Outreach API's /sync endpoint accepts a tenant id but has a hard rate limit of 1 sync per minute. If your CS team makes 100+ stage changes in a day, the sync queue backs up. Prospects in Closed-Won deals receive cold-outreach emails for hours. The fix is a webhook from Salesforce → Outreach that bypasses the polling delay.
